The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's (the EEOC or agency) annual Performance and Accountability Report (PAR) provides fiscal data and summary performance results that enable the President, Congress, and American people to assess EEOC's accomplishments for each fiscal year (October 1 through September 30). Corporate accountability is a foundation of corporate social responsibility. Corporate social responsibilities, at the most general level, include economic duties, legal and regulatory compliance, responsiveness to ethical norms, and discretionary social welfare contributions.

Corporate sustainability is a new and evolving corporate management paradigm.
